Once the package has been received and/or signed for by the purchaser, DIY Timeshare Exit will not provide a refund. DIY Timeshare Exit has the right to refuse a sale at any time.
In the event of buyers remorse within the rescission period before the package has been received by the purchaser, the purchaser must provide a receipt of purchase for the item in order to receive a refund. Allow for processing time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund request. This may take a few days. In the event you have not received a refund within a reasonable period of time then you should contact your bank or the credit card company. Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs of returns unless the item is faulty.
